Hennie Boshoff presents "Art at Sunset / Under the full Moon" tours at Villa Kruger:

St John's Flower Festival

8 & 9 October 2010

The theme changes each year but the lovely little Victorian church revels in its beautiful Spring decoration. The church is open all day Saturday for visitors to view the flowers and spend some time listening to gentle music. At 10.00am on Sunday a Morning Prayer service is held. See the harmonium installed to celebrate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee! You can also take a walk in their labyrinth.

Remember to pop into the Museum to see the copy of HRH Prince Albert's collected speeches, sent to the village by Queen Victoria and inscribed by Her Majesty.

Prince Albert Harvest Festival

20 November 2010   

Join the people of Prince Albert as they celebrate their bountiful harvest.  The Harvest Festival will be a larger version of the weekly Saturday Morning Market with lots of fresh fruit (apricots, plums, nectarines, cherries, strawberries) in season and other local produce including jams, preserves, olives, olive oil, freshly baked bread and organically grown vegetables.

Prince Albert Half Marathon

From 2008 - 2010 we have hosted most successful Half-marathons. Join the Zwartberg Runners, Prince Albert's own Running Club, for the 2011 half-marathon.  The route takes participants into the spectacular Swartberg Pass!
